This class will assist you with developing your business plan for financing. Small Busines professionals of the Maricopa Community Colleges Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will explain the key elements of a business plan for the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the bank, types of financing qualification requirements for a loan, the 5C's of credit and financial projections.

This class is an introduction to QuickBooks's main features. It will help you understand how to use this powerful tool to properly record all financial transactions of your business and do your bookkeeping. You will learn how to read a Balance Sheet and Income Statement, create a Chart of Accounts, use bank accounts, track credit cards and invoice customers. Understand how to use QuickBooks to save time and organize business finances.

This class will introduce you to QuickBooks advanced features including how to create reports and graphs and use forms, examine how to track and pay sales tax and complete your payroll with QuickBooks. You may bring your laptop with QuickBooks software loaded.
